Even the kids are able to help out with the de-seeding of their favorite bell-peppers without the dangerous parring knife that we usually use.

Just wanted to say thanks again for a great product! I purchased it at
the Eugene Celebration last weekend and used it for the first time
tonight...on my Tomatoes! I usually cook with peppers a lot, but often run
into situations where a tomato needs to be seeded. 'Eureka' idea in the
kitchen: Use the PepperShark! I just cut the tomato in half, ran the
eye down the seed cavities, and Voila- No Seeds!

Your Pepper Shark is the absolute perfect tool for preparing my
peppers, especially when it comes to presentation. I particularly like
the way those troublesome oils have been removed leaving my work

Hi Joseph: My partner and I bought one of your tools Friday night at
the Eugene Celebration. We were so impressed by your demonstration of
its effectiveness, we returned Saturday to purchase five more for gifts
to friends who have a passion for cooking as we do. We gave one to such
a friend yesterday who grows a myriad of peppers. She was thrilled
with it.
